Following on from last week’s statement concerning the 2020 season, we would firstly like to thank you all for the heartwarming responses and displays of support we have seen from the Tigers’ fanbase. Although extremely disappointing for all concerned, the hunger and excitement for the 2021 season begins now.
As promised, we would like to advise of the process we have put in place for those with season tickets and match tickets.
Firstly, all individual match tickets purchased via TicketArena, will automatically be refunded, and you should receive this in the next few days.
In regard to season tickets, we have decided that these will automatically be transferred over to the 2021 season unless requested otherwise. This is due to an overwhelming number of messages from fans asking for this to happen, so once again a massive thank you to all who have taken the time to do this. Whilst we don’t know circumstances or match details for the 2021 campaign, rest assured that we will ensure value for money for the ticket. An example of this is when we added the GP Qualifier to the ticket in 2019 when Workington pulled out of the league.
However, if you do wish to obtain a refund, you must do so before the 19th of June. The method to do this is split into two parts depending on where you purchased the ticket from. If you purchased through TicketArena, please contact their customer services directly, quoting your order number, and they will be able to deal with you request. You will receive an email from them in the next few days outlining the process. If you purchased your ticket via the club, either from Allied Vehicles or at a GTSG event, please fill out this form and someone from the team will be in touch. (Please allow for some delay due to staff shortages).
Once again, please keep well and stay safe.
