Makes a return to the side after spending 2 years at parent club Edinburgh. He joined the Monarchs in 2002 recording a 5.85 average in all matches; he increased this to over 6 in 2003 as the team won the league. Three further seasons followed in which he increased his average every year. He decided to move up to the Elite League in 2007 with Wolverhampton but after a bright start, struggled and was dropped. He briefly returned to Edinburgh but lasted only 7 matches before being released. He then joined Berwick but again he was axed before the season ended.
He was briefly back in the EL in 2008 but injury and loss of form saw Swindon release him and a poor spell at Mildenhall seemed to end his UK career.
Then Glasgow surprised everyone by announcing him in their 2011 side after an average reduction to 4.90. He made a mockery of that as Tigers won the league with Theo having his best season since 2006.
Was a member of the Dutch team which won the World Longtrack Team Title in 2013.
Was also French Champion in 2008!!
