Kevin becomes only the second German to ride for the Tigers , following on from Egon Muller in 1973. He first rode in the UK for parent club Edinburgh in 2009, where he rode for the last few months of the season. He returned in 2010, helping the Monarchs win the league. He also finished 4th in the prestigious Czech Golden Helmet. His final season for Edinburgh was in 2011 and he will probably be remembered at Ashfield for a coming together with James Grieves in Tigers Scottish Cup victory. He moved into the Elite League with Kings Lynn for the 2012 season, averaging a respectable 6.23 in all matches. He moved on again in 2013, turning out for BelleVue but didn’t have a great season with his average dropping to 5.04.
With no Elite League team spot available in 2014 he made the decision to drop down a league and return to Scotland with the Tigers.
He has won the German Championship twice and appeared in the 2010 World U21 Final
